Young Man Arrested
Marshall Algeo picked up a young man by the name of Breman, who is yet to be in his teens, for having attempted to pick a lady's pocket on Saginaw street the day before. He claimed to hail from Detroit and it was thought best to take him there and see whether the police of that city knew anything of him. Mr. Algo's arrival there he was informed that the young man had been arrested several times for stealing but each time they had failed in conviction.
