Royal Oak Man Arrested for Serious Offense


Louis Sebraska, e Royal Oak man who as arrested at that place, some time ago on the charge of having placed an obstruction on the D. G. H. & M. tracks, for the evident purpose of wrecking the train, has been declared innocent and released. It will be recalled that a hand car and a pile of post were placed on the D. G. H. & M. tracks near Royal Oak and were struck by an evening train. Fortunately the train was not derailed. The company's detectives were at once put to work and shortly afterwards, Sebraska was arrested. He was examined before Justice Snowden here Friday and on recommendation of Prosecuting attorney Rockwell was released, being completely exonerated.
