Arrested For Non-Support
J. H. Porter has been arrested for non-support of his family. The complainant, his wife, and she claims that he does not furnish enough to eat. The case is set for Saturday morning before Justice Stuart, but it will be adjourned as his attorney, Aaron Perry cannot be present at that time. C. F. Collier will represent the people.
