Mary Jamieson - Another Injunction

Mary Jamison, of Oxford, ask for divorce from George W. Jamieson, charging excessive abuse and failure to support on the part of Jamieson. Her maiden name was Mary Herr and the couple was married at Cass City in April of 1899. They have three children and the youngest is a six weeks' old baby and the oldest three years old. The wife says the husband is an habitual drunkard and that she is now living with a brother at Oxford and picking beans to earn a living for herself and her children. She also asks the care of her children until they are 14 years of age, alimony and a divorce. Commissioner Matthews also granted her an injunction restraining the husband from molesting or interfering with the wife.
