Wife Asking Decree

Mrs. Edna LsClair files suit for divorce in circuit court. Mrs. Edna P. .LaClair of Pontiac has filed a bill for divorce in circuit court against her husband, Henry LaClair. Because she is under the legal age she is represented by her next friend, Eva Roberts. The bill Filed by Attorney A. L. Moore sets forth that the LaClairs were married Dec 31, 1914 and lived together until Dec 15, 1918. The plaintiff's former name was Shappell. There are two children, two years and 18 months of age of whom the mother wants custody. An injunction was issued restraining the defendant from interfering with his wife and family during pendency of the case.
