Wants $8,000 Damages
George Bartow, former superintendent of the Pontiac Spring & Wagon Works, has begun a suit of $8,000 damages against A. G. North and Harry Hamilton, formerly owners of the business. Bartow alleges that when he accepted a permanent situation with the firm, he was promised a working interest in the business, but never realized from his partnership. North and Hamilton say that no such agreement was made.
