Carroll Beardsley Held For Trial

Carroll Beardsley was this morning held for trial in the circuit court on a charge of Manslaughter in connection with the death of Blanche Burns. The bail was reduced from $4,000 to $3,000. John Skida, charged with the same offense, was released. The prosecution endeavored to have both held for trial, but met with strong opposition on the pert of the attorneys for the defense.
