Breach of Contract

The Kalamazoo Spring & Axel Company has begun suit in the circuit court against the Pontiac Buggy Company and the Dunlap Vehicle Company for $5,000 damages. The plaintiff company alleges that the two Pontiac carriage factories entered into a contract with it, but did not fulfill the terms of the agreement and further did not purchase its goods.
