Pontiac Woman Was Burned To Death


Pontiac, Mich, April 29 - Mrs Frank Sheridan was burned to death this morning. She threw alcohol on the wood in the kitchen range to start the fire and applied a match. An explosion followed and she was completely covered with with the burning liquid. A quilt was thrown about her, but the help did not come until every bit of clothing was burned off. This happened at 9 o'clock, and at 12 o'clock she died. Mrs Sheridan lived at 125 Wesson Street. Mrs Campbell, a neighbor, who tried to put out the fire,was burned.
