Charged With Adultery

Pontiac, March 10 - Constable Manning, of South Lyon Township, brought to Pontiac and lodged in the Oakland County jail last night, Maria Vanocker, of South Lyon, She had been arrested on complaint of her husband, Joseph Vanocker, before Justice Calkins, of Lyon, for adultery with one George Fost at South Lyon in January last. She is committed to jail to await examination March 13 Mrs Vanocker is a woman about 25 years old, of prepossessing appearance and well dressed. She claims that she is in the millinery business at South Lyon.
