Companion of Irene Hope Alexander, Dayton Victim of Detroit Assassin, Identifies Man.
After being positively identified for a second time by Elisabeth stillber, companion of Irene Hope Alexander, who was the daughter of James Norman Dewey, of this city, as the slayer of the Alexander child, which took place in a woods near Detroit, on July 4, Allen Livingston is being held on a charge of first degree murder by Oakland County, Michigan authorities.
Livingston was once before identified by the 11 year-old Stibler child as the man who shot and assaulted the Alexander girl after trying the two together with rope.
Livingston pleaded not guilty when arraigned and was remanded without bail to the Pontiac, Mich. jail.
