Brought Back From Wisconsin

Sheriff Belt returned yesterday from Beloit, Wis, bringing with him Frank Kerns, who is wanted here on a charge of grand larceny, in 1897 Kerns was employed as a general utility man by David John Park, a farmer of Southfield. It is alleged that Kerns stole six head of cattle from Park and drove them to Detroit, where he sold them at the stock yards. Since that time Kerns has traveled and at one time was in the Philippines. Last week he was arrested in Beloit, Wis and his arrest was reported here. Kerns will be arraigned before Justice Snowden to-day.
